Liv’s sponsorship with us started in spring 2024, and we are very happy to see her professionalism in training, the joy she brings to the sport community, and her success in competitions throughout the year.

Hi, my name is Liv, I’m 15 years old, and I’m from Haderslev. I’ve been doing OCR, which stands for Obstacle Course Racing, since I was nine years old. It all started when I convinced my mom to take me to a kids’ race, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
OCR is a sport that combines running with different kinds of physical challenges and obstacles. It’s not just about speed, but also about strength, balance, and technical skill. During a race, you might encounter walls to climb, ropes to swing from, heavy objects to carry, and even tricky obstacles that test your coordination and agility. The goal is to complete the course as quickly as possible without failing too many obstacles along the way.
One of the things I love about OCR is the variety—it’s never the same race twice. You constantly have to adapt to new challenges, and that keeps it exciting.
Since I started training seriously, I’ve achieved quite a bit. In 2022, I was the youngest atlethe (13y) that competed in the World Championship and finished in 3rd place against 13-19years. In 2023, I took part in the European Championships and placed 2nd. Most recently, I competed at another World Championship, where I earned 2nd place. And i have some 1 places in races around the world. Each of these events was a huge milestone for me, and they motivate me to keep pushing myself further.
OCR has become a big part of my life, and I’m always looking forward to the next challenge. I’m excited to see where the sport takes me in the future, and I’m determined to keep improving.
Lasershooting has become a part of OCR expecially at the Championship, so Ecoaims helps me to get prepaired for this part.
